Our Services
Money touches everything. Your stress levels. Your relationships. Your sleep. Your sense of safety. And yet, most people are expected to figure it out alone. We don’t believe that.

At Freedom Life Therapy and Wellness, we support individuals and couples through the emotional, relational, and financial challenges that shape daily life. Our work blends mental health care with financial expertise, because money stress rarely exists in isolation. It’s often intertwined with anxiety, communication struggles, life transitions, and long-standing patterns.

Our team of therapists and financial professionals understands that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re seeking support for your mental health, navigating relationship stress, working through financial overwhelm, or all of the above, we meet you where you are. Without judgment, lectures, or pressure to “have it all figured out.”

These services are designed to help you feel more grounded, supported, and capable of moving forward in ways that actually feel doable and sustainable. Not just financially, but in your life as a whole.

Financial Clarity Session
60-minute | 1:1 intensive
When everything feels messy, loud, and overwhelming, clarity can be life-changing. The Financial Clarity Session is a one-time, 60-minute intensive designed to help you understand what’s really happening with your money and what to do next.

This isn’t a budgeting lecture or a spreadsheet dump. It’s a focused, supportive conversation with a licensed professional who understands both the emotional and practical sides of money. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and create a realistic plan you can start using immediately.

This session is a good fit if you:
-
Make decent money but still feel broke
-
Are stuck in a paycheck-to-paycheck cycle
-
Feel anxious, avoidant, or overwhelmed when it comes to money
-
Want support now, without committing to long-term therapy or coaching

You’ll leave with:
-
A clear snapshot of where your money is going
-
A personalized, doable 30-day action plan
-
More relief, confidence, and control than you’ve felt in a long time

Think of this as a financial reset. One conversation that helps everything feel less heavy.

Individual Therapy (1:1)
Financial & General Mental Health

If you’ve ever thought, “I should be doing better than this,” you’re not alone. Individual therapy is a supportive space to explore what’s underneath the stress, anxiety, burnout, or patterns that keep repeating. Some clients come in focused on money stress. Others come in for anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship strain and often discover that finances are woven through it all.

We don’t separate your mental health from your financial reality. We look at the whole picture In 1:1 therapy, we may work through:
-
Anxiety, burnout, or chronic stress
-
Financial stress, shame, or guilt around money decisions
-
Trauma responses tied to scarcity or instability
-
Life transitions (career changes, parenthood, divorce, caregiving)
-
Patterns like avoidance, overspending, or self-sabotage

This work is about helping you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more empowered in your choices, emotionally, relationally, and financially.

Insurance is accepted for individual therapy services.
Couples Therapy
Financial & General Relationship Support
Money rarely causes problems on its own. It exposes them.
If you and your partner argue about spending, avoid money conversations altogether, or feel like you’re living on different planets financially, couples therapy can help.

Our work supports both emotional connection and practical communication because lasting change requires both. We don’t treat money issues in isolation. We look at how stress, trust, history, and life pressures show up in your relationship.

In couples therapy, we help you:
-
Understand what money represents for each of you
-
Break cycles of blame, shutdown, or recurring conflict
-
Learn how to talk about finances without it turning into a fight
-
Rebuild trust, teamwork, and shared goals

This is a space to slow things down, reframe reactions, and develop tools that actually work in real life, not just in theory.

Insurance is accepted for couples therapy services.
