Hi, I’m Diane. I’ve always been drawn to helping people find a little calm when life feels overwhelming, and I love walking alongside clients as they figure out what actually works for them.

I combine mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and a strengths-based approach in a way that meets you where you are. In practice, that means we’ll focus on what’s already working for you, find small ways to manage the stress and challenges that come up, and build tools that fit naturally into your life. It's not a one-size-fits-all plan you’ll never use.

What I love most about this work are the quiet moments when someone who’s been holding their breath finally exhales and says, “Okay… I can do this.” Those moments are what keep me going - helping people trust themselves again and feel confident in taking the next step, even when life feels messy.

When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me covered in flour in the kitchen trying out a new Italian recipe, curled up with a good book and my cat, or exploring a scenic trail in my Jeep. I practice the same mindfulness and confidence-building techniques I share with clients, because life is full of ups and downs, and having practical tools makes all the difference.
