Chelsea Preneta, MPH
Administrative Manager

My commitment is simple: to keep our practice running smoothly so our clinicians can focus on what matters most (supporting our clients). I’m a versatile, detail‑driven professional who thrives behind the scenes, streamlining systems, organizing workflows, and making sure the day‑to‑day operations of FLT stay steady, efficient, and aligned with our mission.
About
I’m a proud New Englander with a love for dogs, good books, and staying active. I earned my Master’s in Public Health because I’ve always been drawn to work that strengthens communities and expands access to care. That passion has guided me through roles in community hospitals, nonprofit policy work, and youth‑focused programs.

Early in my career, I worked in a Department of Children and Families residential home, supporting youth through some of their most challenging moments. From there, I moved into a role partnering with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, where I focused on preventing youth substance use. That’s where I discovered how much I enjoy project management, mentoring, and building programs that make a real impact.

Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the operational side of mental health work. I began supporting private practices with administrative systems, project coordination, and organizational strategy and I realized how much I love helping mission‑driven clinicians do their best work by strengthening the structure around them.

That path eventually led me to Freedom Life Therapy, where I’m grateful to support a team that cares deeply about equity, healing, and community well‑being. I’m committed to helping our practice grow in ways that feel sustainable, intentional, and client‑centered.
