About
As a therapist, I bring a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to every session. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and the everyday stress that piles up when we’re stretched thin. You won’t find quick fixes or generic advice here. Instead, I offer a thoughtful mix of structure and empathy rooted in evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT, along with mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded and present in your life.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods along. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also offer insight, challenge patterns gently, and make sure you leave each session with something useful, whether that’s a shift in perspective or a new skill to try. My style is practical and personal because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll go at your pace, in a way that feels true to you.

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully human. Where you’re seen, heard, and not judged. You don’t need to hit rock bottom or have all the answers to begin. You just need to show up.

Clients often tell me they feel more confident, more emotionally aware, and more in control of their lives after working together. And when I see those moments of clarity, where someone responds to a hard situation in a way that’s new, healthier, and more empowered, I find it incredibly meaningful.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a big believer in practicing what I preach. That means slow mornings, yoga, quiet walks, journaling, music, laughter, and the kind of rest that restores instead of just distracts. And yes. . .Girls Trip is a favorite recommendation of mine. Not just because it’s hilarious, but because it reminds us of the power of friendship, vulnerability, and letting go of the pressure to be perfect.

So whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, I'd be honored to support you.
